| Bio: | I've been scribbling stories and daydreaming since I was a kid. My 5th grade teacher worried that I wasn't living in the *real world*.
I've had three books published, all with various forms of magical realism and a touch of the supernatural, but basically adventure stories set in unusual locations. I've won the Southwest Book Award, too! My books: BREAKAWAY (Avon); ENCHANTED RUNNER (Avon); THE LAST SNAKE RUNNER (Knopf).
Currently working on 5 historical and contemporary novels set in: ancient Egypt, the Middle East, Paris and Louisiana.
Looking for the perfect agent. And I love making new writing friends - so "friend" me!
